Hidrodinamica Inc and Bel Export Ltda hereinafter "HIDRODINAMICA" Warrants to and for the sole benefit of the original purchaser all of its products that the products are free from defects in workmanship and material when operated under normal conditions and in accordance with accepted HIDRODINAMICA and/or industry recommended practices. This warranty shall be in effect for a period of 12(twelve) months from starting date of service.
Warranty will not apply to products wich, in sole judgment of HIDRODINAMICA, have been subjected to contamination, negligent handling, improper installation, tampering or adjustment, misapplication or misuse.

No Products shall be returned without prior autorization from HIDRODINAMICA.
